Yeah, my name is Olivia. I made this blog because i am finally going after something i've always planned on having and never have made time for..a healthy body for myself!! i've always had the desire to be fit, but i spent too much time with unmotivated people and then i had a family who took up a lot of my time... and all of my "i will"'s and ""one day"'s are piling up to become a lot of excuses...so i'm here to not only inspire others and share with some positive people, but get inspired by YOU :) so, if you have pictres, recipes, ideas, or thoughts that you want to share, please feel free to shoot me a message!!!
