its that time of year again!!!!! must..post…hiking pix….
people ask me how i manage to stay so fit, they ask me my “secret” to which i reply, “exercise, and eating right” ….they say i don’t look anything like a 34 yr old mother of 3… i smile and thank them politely, but in my head im saying “that’s kinda the point”
this is a 15 yr old kid from Az, where i live…the video starts out slow, but i like it..it has to do with working out…
it’s a new year. every time i tell myself “i’m going to go run today” or “im going to go to the gym today” i stop myself …i’m not going to tell myself i’m going to do anything, i’m just going to GO DO IT….less talk, more do!!!!!!
for some reason my 6 yr old is all of a sudden really interested in the fat and sugar content in his food…lol… i don’t push that kind of thing with my kids. i cook good meals, they snack on fruits n veggies and have cookies and things for dessert, but i don’t know if they are just learning about that stuff in school or if he is developing some sort of complex somehow. i tell him not to worry about it so much because he is active and young and i make sure he is well fed and isn’t eating poorly. not sure what to do though. i’ll just keep an eye on him and make sure he’s eating.
